Retrun & Refund Policy

At SolComp Solutions, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality composite materials and exceptional service. However, we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused and in its original condition.

    • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

    • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or damage.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@solcompsolutions.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Securely pack the item(s), including the original receipt and RMA number.

  3. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or the product is defective.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@solcompsolutions.com , and we will arrange for a replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging, along with a description of the issue, to info@solcompsolutions.com .

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for defective items at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom orders or special-order items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee if the order has already been processed or shipped.
